A specialist engineering company which focuses on renewable energy components was looking for a full stocktake of their portfolio of products. The business is constantly expanding its offerings to customers and needs an up-to-date count of everything currently in their inventory. What was Required
Orridge SCS were tasked with a full wall-to-wall stocktake of the client’s inventory and took the relevant steps and care necessary to ensure it was completed correctly.
Firstly, we needed to understand the needs and requirements of the client so that we did not disrupt their daily operations and provided them with everything they required.
Next, we needed to evaluate and understand the scope of the warehouse count to ensure that we deployed the correct number of staff to complete the job and to provide an accurate time frame.
We then completed a full and detailed stocktake of the client’s full inventory, providing them with all the information they needed.

A full wall-to-wall stocktake such as this requires careful collaboration between our dedicated account manager and the client to guarantee satisfaction.
