Through using a service level agreement we are able to report all the findings of the stocktake and set KPIs which we monitor against. These may include:-

  • Count accuracy achieved, both at head count and item level.
  • Stockholding estimate compared with actual stock counted.
  • Count duration and finish times.
  • Year on year performance comparison.

Each and every store is reported. The information is supplied directly from site to both Orridge and the client, ensuring the information in the KPI report can be tracked back to source.

If required the KPIs are reported monthly and comparisons made with the contractual agreement to ensure satisfactory compliance.
